Hakkında

‍Merhaba, ben Vorga.

1996’da İstanbul, Kadıköy’de doğdum. 2018’de Koç Üniversitesi Sosyoloji ve Uluslararası İlişkiler bölümlerinden mezun oldum. Üniversite yıllarında stajlarımı Dışişleri Bakanlığında yaptım. Hayalim diplomat olmaktı.

Bakanlık sınavına hazırlanırken kalemimi güçlendirmek için Forbes Türkiye’de muhabirlik yapmaya başladım. Yazılı anlatımla hikâye kurmanın bana büyük bir haz verdiğini bu yıllarda keşfettim.

Dergi, 2018’de yayın hayatına ara verince şans eseri girişimcilik dünyasına adım attım. Bir süre Aposto’nun yayın yönetmenliğini üstlendim. 2020’de Novus’u kurdum. O zamandan beri şirketin kurucu ortağı olarak faaliyet gösteriyorum.

Başka neler yapıyorum? Yapay zekâ, sosyoloji ve felsefe üzerine yazıyor ve içerik üretiyorum. Konferanslarda konuşuyor, girişimcilere danışmanlık yapıyorum. Sosyal medya, Podcast ve YouTube projelerimle deneyimlerimi daha geniş kitlelere ulaştırmaya çalışıyorum.

Hi, I'm Vorga. Born and raised in Istanbul, I studied Sociology and International Relations at Koç University, graduating in 2018. I interned at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs during my university years. Becoming a diplomat was the plan.

While preparing for the entrance exam, I started reporting for Forbes Magazine to sharpen my pen. That’s when I discovered how much I love telling stories. Reporting also gave me a front-row seat to the startup scene. I got to meet founders and write about their journeys, and what fascinated me wasn’t just what they were building, but the way they narrated it.

When the magazine went on pause, I joined Aposto as editorial director, my first real taste of building from the inside. Watching that ecosystem up close made me want to build something of my own. So in 2020, I co-founded Novus as a non-tech founder. Six years in, Novus is an AI agent platform automating enterprise workflows in finance, insurance, and healthcare industries across Istanbul and Boston.

What I do is simple. I write and speak about AI, and help companies turn it into real systems.
